Delete Your Account

You can delete your Wizard Maker account and everything in it at any time. There is no waiting period, no retention window, and no way to undo it.

In the app

1. Open Wizard Maker and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture, top right.
3. Choose Settings.
4. Under Account, tap Delete account.
5. Read what will be erased, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete everything.

By email

If you cannot get into the app — you have lost access to the Google account you signed in with, for example — email privacy@wizardmaker.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account.

We verify the request and complete it within 30 days, usually within a few working days. We do not charge for this.

What is erased

What is kept, and why

Two things survive, and only these:

• Abuse reports you filed, with your identity removed from them. They are retained for up to 2 years. If a report vanished whenever its author deleted their account, deleting an account would become a way to retract a report against someone else.
• Server logs — IP address, timestamp and endpoint — kept for security and abuse prevention. These age out automatically within 30 days.

Nothing else is retained. We keep no shadow copy, no soft-deleted record, and no backup of your content beyond the point of deletion.

Deleting one app instead

If you only want to get rid of a single app, you do not need to delete your account. Open the app and choose ⋮ → Delete. That erases the app, its data and its images, and removes it for everyone it was shared with.

To leave an app someone else shared with you, choose ⋮ → Remove. That takes it off your list without affecting the app or anyone else.
