These terms are the agreement between you and Wizard Maker. By signing in you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Wizard Maker with a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms with you.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to it secure.
You describe an app; an AI model generates it; it runs inside the Wizard Maker app on your device. You can share an app with other people and give them different levels of access.
Generated apps run in a restricted sandbox with no network access of their own. They reach our servers only through the capabilities we provide, and only for the capabilities they declared when they were built.
Everything you build has to stay inside the Content Policy, which is part of these terms. In short, you may not use Wizard Maker to create, store or share content that is sexual, abusive to children, hateful, violent, harassing, fraudulent, privacy-invading, or unlawful; or to build tools for attacking systems, covertly tracking people, or selling illegal goods.
We may refuse a request, block a generation, or remove an app that breaks those rules. We describe how and when in section 7.
You own what you make. Your prompts, your apps, and the data inside them are yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You give us the limited licence we need to actually run the service: to store your content, to process it (including sending prompts and images to our AI provider so an app can be generated), to display it back to you, and to show it to the people you have shared it with. That licence exists only to operate Wizard Maker, ends when you delete the content, and does not let us sell your content or use it to advertise.
You are responsible for having the right to whatever you put in — including photos, text, and anything about other people.
When you share an app you are giving real access to real data. Understand the roles before you use them:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Reader | Open the app and see the data its rules expose to them |
| Writer | The above, plus add and change data |
| Editor | The above, plus change the app itself and see other members' email addresses |
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the app for everyone |
Share links are exhaustible — they expire and they have a use limit — but while a link is live, anyone holding it can redeem it. Treat one like a key.
You may block any account. A block stops them sharing an app with you and stops you being added to theirs, in both directions. They are not told.
Accounts have limits: how many apps you can keep, how many AI calls you can make per day, and how many AI credits you can spend per month. The limits in force are shown in the app. We may change them, and we may apply additional limits to an account that is degrading the service for others.
You may not work around those limits, attack or probe the service, use it to send unsolicited email, or resell access to it.
Anyone can report an app or an AI response from inside the app. We review every report. Depending on what we find we may:
We act immediately and without notice where content endangers a child, threatens someone's safety, or is unlawful. For everything else we will normally tell you what was removed and why.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice or email appeals@wizardmaker.com and a person will look at it again.
Apps here are written by an AI model, and so are the answers an app gives you. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. It is not professional advice. Do not rely on a generated app for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions, and check anything that matters.
We do not warrant that a generated app is correct, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You decide whether an app is good enough for what you are using it for.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account — see how to delete your account. Deletion is permanent and takes your apps and their data with it, including for people you shared them with.
We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms or the Content Policy, or if we have to stop operating the service. If we discontinue Wizard Maker we will give reasonable notice so you can export what matters to you.
Wizard Maker is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features. We will not knowingly break your existing apps without saying so first.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or USD 50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wizard Maker after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
